How does volume pricing work?
It's applied automatically. Two to four operators are $50 each, five to nine are $40 each, and ten or more are $30 each. Set the number of operators above or in your cart and the price updates on its own. No quote, no code, no sales call.
How do my operators get into the course?
After checkout you land on your Team Dashboard. Add each operator by name and email, or upload a spreadsheet. Each one gets an email with a login link the same minute and can start on any phone, tablet or computer. The dashboard shows who has started, who has finished and who hasn't logged in yet.
Do my operators have to train together?
No. Each operator trains on their own, at their own pace, wherever they are. Most finish in under 1 hour. There is nothing to schedule and nobody has to leave the floor for a day.
What records do I get for OSHA?
Every operator gets a numbered certificate of completion and a wallet card showing the completion date and the three-year valid-through date. Keep the certificate on file as the record of formal instruction under 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6). The hands-on evaluation happens at your workplace; our free evaluation form gives you a signed record of it.
Is online training enough to meet OSHA's rule?
Online training covers the formal instruction part of 29 CFR 1910.178(l). OSHA also requires a practical evaluation of each operator at your workplace, on the trucks they use, by someone with the knowledge and experience to judge them. Our free evaluation form walks you through it. OSHA does not approve training courses, ours or anyone else's.
Do I need a seat for myself?
No. Buying seats doesn't enroll you. If you want to take the course too, add your own email as an operator from the dashboard and it uses one seat.
Do seats expire? Can I add more later?
Seats never expire. Assign them whenever a new hire starts. To add more, buy another batch from your dashboard any time; the price on each order depends on how many seats are in that order.
Some of my operators were certified before. Do they need the full course?
Yes, and it counts as their refresher training. Every seat is the full course, so a renewing operator takes the same lessons and exam and gets a new certificate valid for 3 years. Seats for renewals cost the same as any other seat.
Is the course available in Spanish?
Yes. Every seat includes both the English and Spanish course. Each operator picks the language they want when they log in, and the certificate looks the same either way.
