Data Retention

We retain your account information and certification records for as long as your account is active, plus an additional three years after your last certification expires. This allows us to provide verification services to your employer and send renewal reminders. Payment records are retained for seven years for tax and accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
  • Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data.
