Refund Policy

The Short Version

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a full refund within 7 days, as long as you have not completed the final exam and downloaded your certificate. No questions asked.

Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if both of the following are true:

  • Your purchase was made within the last 7 days.
  • You have not completed the final certification exam and downloaded your certificate or wallet card.

You can still browse the course materials, take the practice test, and review modules during this period. Accessing the course content does not disqualify you from a refund. Only completing the final exam and downloading your certificate makes the purchase non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Purchases

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Purchases where you have completed the final exam and downloaded your certificate, regardless of when the purchase was made.
  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago, even if you have not completed the course.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@easyforkliftcertification.com with your name and the email address you used to purchase the course.
  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line.
  3. We will verify your eligibility and process the refund within 2 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Group and Employer Purchases

For group purchases, refunds are available for unused seats only. If an operator in your group has completed the exam and downloaded their certificate, that seat is non-refundable. Unused seats can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Contact us for group refund requests.

Instructor Certification Refunds

The Instructor Certification ($299) is eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded the instructor materials kit. Once the materials are downloaded, the purchase is non-refundable.
